Privacy Policy

We collect information in these categories:

• Details you send us. When you submit an estimate or contact form, or use the cost calculator, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, street address, ZIP code, the service you need and a message about the project. The calculator also stores the roof details you enter with your estimate.
• How you reached us. With a submitted form we record the page you submitted from, the first page of your visit, the referring page and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. This is stored with the request so we know which pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
• Your privacy choice. The settings you save in the privacy panel are stored in your browser so you are not asked again.
• Measurement data, only if you allow it. If you turn on analytics or advertising measurement in the privacy panel, we may collect pages viewed, form submissions, phone link clicks, and standard device and approximate location information through Google Tag Manager and the OpenAI Ads pixel.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers or health information, and you should not send it through the forms.

• To respond to your request, prepare an estimate and arrange an inspection.
• To contact you about the project you asked about, by phone, text or email.
• To keep business records of the requests we receive and the work we quote.
• To understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries, where measurement is allowed.
• To protect the site against spam and misuse.

We do not use the information you submit for any other purpose.

Strictly necessary. We store your privacy choice in your browser, and keep campaign details for the current browsing session so a submitted form carries the source that brought you to the site. These are needed for the site and the forms to work.

Optional measurement. Google Tag Manager loads on every page so that measurement tags can be managed in one place. Both analytics measurement and advertising measurement are off by default and stay off until you turn them on in the privacy panel. If you turn on analytics, Google Analytics may set its own cookies and record how pages are used. If you turn on advertising measurement, the OpenAI Ads pixel may set cookies and record visits, enquiries and phone link clicks so we can measure our advertising.

Maps on the site. The maps on our pages are served by Google Maps and none of them load when a page opens. Nothing is requested from Google until you choose to load a map, and from that point the map is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

• Service providers. We use providers for website hosting and database storage, and for measurement when you allow it, including Google and OpenAI. They process the information to provide those services to us.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
• Business transfer. If the business or its assets are transferred, records may transfer with it.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising measurement, which can involve sharing data with our advertising provider to measure ad performance, is off unless you turn it on, and a Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not offer different prices or service for exercising them.

To make a request, call (626) 635-3935 or use our contact form. Tell us which right you are exercising and the phone number or email you used with us so we can find the record. We may ask for a little more information to confirm the request belongs to you, and an authorized agent may submit a request with written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information. When your browser sends it, advertising measurement stays off, including if you had previously turned it on. Analytics measurement remains separate and is unaffected.

We keep request records, including the estimate details and campaign source, for as long as needed to respond to the request and to maintain our business records. Your privacy choice is kept in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

This site is meant for adults arranging roofing work. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change affects what measurement is allowed by default, it will be described here before it takes effect.
